The dirty details:
Classes are 2-3 hours in length. They can be made hands-on, or demonstration only (so you don’t get dirty).
Prices range from $45 to $125 per person and include all necessary equipment and ingredients. Wine pairings can be arranged for an additional cost.
Joanna teaches a variety of Mediterranean and Latin classes. Some are just one dish, others are full menus. Here is a list of a few of the most popular classes:
Homemade Gnocchi (potato pasta dumplings) with fresh sauces
Trip to Roma: Bruschetta with fresh tomato, Homemade Pasta with Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan, Tiramisu
